Our mini hand held paper hand fans are smaller versions of our regular heavy-duty hand fans. Average size is approximately 5"x5". Stick is glued and exposed on back side of hand fan. All mini fans are liquid laminated for a high gloss finish. Made of heavy 22 pt. high density white poster board. Production time is approximately 2 weeks. This heavy thick paper is long lasting and is not flimsy.
