An additional $55 non-refundable artwork charge per imprint position and color must be paid before work can begin. Re-orders using same artwork are $30 reset screen fee per position and color.

Knives are packaged bulk. To minimize scuffing, an optional polybag is available for an additional cost of $0.07 each.
